DMT STUDIO operates woof.mom and is responsible for the personal information it processes for this website, newsletter and customer support.

The quiz and your downloaded apps

Quiz answers and generated routines are kept in session storage in your browser so they survive navigation and refresh in the same tab. A local browser recovery copy also lets you open your routine in another tab in the same browser for 24 hours after your last quiz or routine update. Expired recovery copies are removed when you next open a routine recovery page. Closing the original tab or clearing browser data can remove your answers; download your routine to keep it. Quiz answers are not sent to MailerLite or put in redirect links. The quiz uses your choices to generate a routine; it does not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

The apps included in Woof Life and the separate Woof Puppy Path app store their records locally in your browser. These apps do not upload your records to DMT STUDIO. You control deletion through the app and browser settings. Exported backups and printed files remain wherever you save them; JSON backups are not encrypted. Information you choose to send to support is received by us.

The free Adult-Dog Activity Pack is a general PDF; it does not collect or personalize dog information. The confirmation page is generic; the requested resource link is delivered by email. Personalized puppy routines still depend on the quiz answers stored in your original browser.

Newsletter information

When you subscribe, MailerLite receives your email address and any optional information you enter, the requested free-resource URL saved by the signup form, together with subscription, consent and technical information. We use this to send Woof Mom tips, product news and offers, manage subscriptions and handle delivery problems. Newsletter marketing relies on your consent. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Email confirmation may be required separately from viewing quiz results.

MailerLite may process delivery, open and link-click information through its email features. The information collected depends on the publication settings and your email software. See MailerLite’s privacy policy.

Orders, support and hosting

When checkout is available, the payment provider processes purchase and payment details. We may receive order references, contact details, purchased products and payment/refund status to deliver purchases and provide support. We do not collect payment-card details through the quiz. Order fulfilment and purchase-related support rely on performance of a contract; legally required transaction records rely on legal obligations. General enquiries and necessary website security processing rely on our legitimate interests in responding to visitors and operating a reliable service.

Netlify hosts this website and may process IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps and browser/device information for delivery and security. We use first-party analytics to understand homepage arrivals, the homepage app, free-resource and shop choices, and coarse steps such as starting or finishing the puppy quiz, viewing a signup form, viewing the confirmation page, or clicking a shop purchase link. A random arrival ID is kept in session storage for up to 30 minutes to connect these steps in the same tab. Our analytics records contain only that random ID, the event type, one of the four destination labels, and the date. They do not contain email addresses, dog names, quiz answers, IP addresses, full URLs or referrers. Netlify may still process technical request information for hosting and security. We do not use advertising pixels or third-party analytics services. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are honored for these first-party analytics. Analytics counts are available only in our password-protected owner dashboard. Anonymous event records are retained for website-performance comparisons. We also store an owner-session cookie for eight hours after dashboard sign-in and a local browser setting to exclude the owner’s visits. Embedded forms and external services may use their own storage or tracking technologies; their notices apply to those services.

Service providers and international processing

Information may be processed by our hosting provider Netlify, newsletter provider MailerLite, shop and digital-delivery provider Fourthwall when you use shop.woof.mom, and Google Drive when you open the free quiz bonus link. We may also disclose information where legally required.

These providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Their notices describe locations and safeguards. Where we arrange an international transfer, applicable data-protection safeguards are required, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual clauses. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data.

How long information is kept

We keep subscription information while you subscribe. After you unsubscribe, we stop marketing and retain only information needed to honour your opt-out, document consent or meet legal requirements. Support information is retained as needed to resolve the enquiry and related disputes; order records are retained as required by applicable accounting and other legal obligations. Provider technical logs follow the relevant service’s retention settings and obligations. Browser-held records remain under your control as described above.

Your rights

Depending on the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time. Contact hello@woof.mom; we may need information to verify your identity. You can complain to Croatia’s Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) or your local data-protection authority.
